Munich, April 2025. MEILLER will be presenting 15 vehicle superstructures on diesel and electric chassis at bauma 2025. The showcased exhibits cover a variety of different application areas, ranging from municipal services and classic construction site logistics to heavy transportation applications.
Through a variety of exhibits, MEILLER is demonstrating the versatility of the TRIGENIUS three-way tipper. Thanks to its design for a four-axle chassis, the TRIGENIUS D421 offers a higher payload and greater loading capacity.
Also being exhibited is the TRIGENIUS D212 with a crane extension. It is equipped with the new crane support, a completely bolted mounting system without any weld connections. The TRIGENIUS D205 with its equipment box will also be on show. This structure is aimed at all those who not only need a loading area, but also somewhere to store tools. Further TRIGENIUS models can be viewed on partner stands. These include the TRIGENIUS D316 on a variety of eTrucks, the TRIGENIUS D210 and the TRIGENIUS D202
With regard to rear tippers, the MAXTREME H436 with a chain flap will be exhibited. The new tailgate solution combines a mechanical function with a robust design. It complements the existing variants through controlled discharging of the load material. In contrast to the H436, the MAXTREME P436 is equipped with a round body. This facilitates the material flow during unloading and reduces the adhesion of material, simplifying cleaning and minimising downtimes.
When it comes to transporting bulk material over long distances, MEILLER provides a tipping semi-trailer in the form of the GRANDLOAD with optimum road holding, thanks to its extreme low point. With its insulated stainless steel body and precision temperature monitoring, the GRANDLOAD Thermo exhibited ensures consistently hot asphalt deliveries and seamless integration in sensitive road construction processes.
In the recycling sector, MEILLER provides two solutions in the form of the TECTRIS AK 18 and TECTRUM RS 21.70 that just could not be more different. The TECTRIS AK18 is a dynamic solution for inner-city assignments, thanks to its compact design, a high nominal load, rapid
hydraulics and intuitive operation.
The TECTRUM RS 21.70 can be considered the big brother of the TECTRIS skip loader series. In addition to facilitating the transportation of containers, the container change-over system also enables rapid loading and unloading. When combined with the TECTRUM TRAILER, it can even transport 2 containers simultaneously and is considered an efficient solution for sophisticated container handling.
A further MEILLER highlight at bauma 2025 is the new quality commitment with the STEELECT quality seal. During the design of superstructures at MEILLER, specific different high-quality steel types are selected, depending on the function of the respective component. The superstructures are therefore distinguished by enhanced resistance to wear and robustness.
With a clear focus on operational proximity, MEILLER is issuing an invitation to personally inspect the solutions exhibited at bauma 2025 in the FN719/13 outdoor exhibition area.
