Time savings with Bordmatic
The three-way tipper D316 shown at the IAA, is the classic in the MEILLER range - robust and proven. It is the custom-fit three-way tipper for triple-axle truck chassis. Its universal tipper body with 5 millimetre floor made of HB450 steel is able to take a punch. The side panels, made of wear-resistant steel, are manufactured as smooth M-Jet walls. The tailgate and side walls are resistant to buckling and offer no chance for pockets of dirt to collect, they are also ideal for lettering.
Fitted with bordmatic on the left side, the three-way tipper saves time and gains in flexibility. Thus, bulk material can be systematically tipped or dispersed properly at construction sites. It is simple and quick and can be done without getting out of the vehicle, almost in passing. With its top-hinged side panels, as an optional extra foldable with spring support, the three-way tipper can also transport palletised freight, pre-cast concrete products or small construction machines, which can be secured appropriately thanks to the retractable lashing rings. The three-way tipper can be fitted with modular MEILLER tarpaulin systems to ensure the load is properly secured in an ergonomic and efficient manner.
A dream team with the tandem tipper
The MEILLER three-way tipper does a reliable job, be it alone during excavation at a construction site or in a gravel pit, in combination with the tandem trailer MZDA 18/23 it turns into a 40 tonne model with the ability to transport two different types of bulk material at the same time. The versatile centre-axle trailer is robust and offers a very high payload. Its partial box frame design reduces the frame base height and increases stiffness, the tipper body, made of a sophisticated mix of steel floor and optional aluminium side walls, reduces the weight. The MEILLER tipping trailer is not only light, it also boasts excellent driving characteristics. The Y-design drawbar and its long lowered tie rod result in stable trailing and simpler manoeuvring.
