Fit for the future

MEILLER’s tipper bodies are compatible with all electric trucks from European manufacturers, regardless of whether they are already equipped with a mechanical power take-off (PTO) necessary for the superstructure’s hydraulics or an electric power take-off (E-PTO).

The electric drive offers a clear advantage: hydraulic systems can be operated according to demand, ensuring that the pump or hydraulics only run when the tipper body is in motion hence preventing unnecessary energy consumption.

The RS21 hooklift always transports very heavy container change-over systems faultlessly. As compared to its predecessor it is

The new RS26 unfolds its 26 tons of lifting capacity, especially in use for the construction industry, where it sets new standards in every respect: Not only is it lower and twice as fast as its predecessor, it also has a reduced weight of 710 kg. Suitable for 3- or 4-axle chassis

The classic hooklift for multiple uses

In the RK series you can find hooklifts for a 2-axle chassis and lifting capacities to 14 tons. 30-ton payloads are even possible with the large RK30 for three or four axles.

Speed Competition: RS 21 and his forerunner

Original MEILLER hydraulic systems ensure the fastest operating cycles:

When tipping and rolling-off, the load-dependent quick movement valve accelerates extension of the lifting arm ram.
When lowering and pulling up the skip, the load-dependent speed movement doubles the retraction speed compared to the previous model.

Optional available: The efficiency package

Sequence control: The sequences preprogrammed in the i.s.a.r.-control radio remote control make work even more efficient.

Our safety package includes a hydraulic interior locking system and a hydraulic underride guard (the sequence control is not included).

Operate with convenience with the i.s.a.r.-control

Control your MEILLER hooklift easily and safely with the MEILLER i.s.a.r.-control radio control unit. Two different programme sequences are available:

Roll-off the skip: extend the axle support struts, unlock the container lock, extend and swivel out the lifting arm, retract the underride guard
Pull-up the skip and make ready to travel: swivel in the lifting arm, extend the lifting arm, extend the container lock, retract the axle support struts

With the preprogrammed sequence control processes operation is even easier.

MEILLER Eco-Kupplung®

The MEILLER Eco-Kupplung® (eco clutch) is the energy saving alternative to engine-driven fixed and variable displacement pumps.The eco clutch allows you to activate and deactivate the hydraulic system when needed. This considerably reduces energy consumption.

Faciliating flexible activation, the MEILLER Eco-Kupplung ® is located between the engine-driven PTO and the hydraulic pump.

The operator activates the hydraulic system using the PTO switch and the pneumatics activate the partial-load switchable clutch.
The clutch accelerates the pump and connects it to the engine output shaft.
The hydraulic functions are available where the clutch is fully engaged.
Following use, the driver deactivates the system again using the PTO switch in the cab.
